Overview
Upon the proposal of HE Mr. Abdulrahman Bin Hamad Al-Attiyah, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council, Forum Invest is honored to organize this year in Bucharest the first ever GULF COOPERATION COUNCIL - ROMANIA - BUCHAREST: Business Opportunities in South-Eastern Europe Forum, to take place on March 8-10, 2011 at the Radisson BLU Hotel.
The Forum is organized in partnership with the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Business Environment of Romania and the Federation of the GCC Chambers of Commerce, under the High Patronage and in the presence of HE Mr. Traian Basescu, President of Romania.
This initiative will bring together officials and representatives of the business communities from the GCC countries and South-Eastern Europe for identifying new cooperation opportunities between the two regions, with a special focus on the agriculture, infrastructure, energy, banking & finance, IT&C, education and research, investments, trade, tourism, railways, SMEs, health & pharma sectors.
The event in March is the first one of a two years’ program comprising at least three major economic events to take place in South-East Europe and the GCC Countries.
